The room holds two hundred people. Online it could be two thousand. Conferences, corporate events and press conferences. We make sure the broadcast looks like television, not like a laptop on a tripod.
A conference can’t be run twice
Speakers have flights, sponsors have contracts and the programme runs to the minute. If the stream drops halfway through the keynote there’s no second attempt, and you’ll know before we do. That’s why we build the broadcast so one dead socket or an overloaded Wi-Fi network can’t take it down.
- Internet we bring ourselves
- We bond several mobile networks at once and add Starlink where there’s no signal. We never rely on hotel Wi-Fi.
- Sound is half the experience
- An online viewer forgives a softer picture but never bad audio. We bring our own microphones and take a feed straight from the venue sound engineer.
- A backup recording
- Everything records locally in parallel. Even if the whole network drops, you still have the talks.
- One person to ask
- No coordinating cameras, sound and graphics separately. One contact for the entire broadcast.

A full-day conference and a twenty-minute press briefing
For the Institute of Modern Nutrition we broadcast eleven speakers from Czechia and Slovakia to an audience in the room and online, plus a paid recording for ticket holders. For CLASH MMA, the final press conference before the fight night. Different format, same brief: clean sound and a stream that stays up.

- How much does a conference live stream cost?
- We start at 600 EUR. The price depends on the number of cameras, the length of the programme, the location and whether there’s usable internet on site. You get a specific quote within two working days.
- How quickly do we get the recording?
- We agree that up front - some clients want to take the raw footage home on the day, others are happy with an edit later. It goes into the quote. Edited individual talks usually take a few days, depending on the size of the programme.
- Can you provide sound and lighting too?
- Yes, we can supply both. If the venue already has a sound engineer, we plug straight into their desk.
